I was watching a programme I recorded from BBC Alba about U2 frontman (and universal hate figure), Bono, when I spotted this glaring mistake in information. It’s hard to tell where the fault lies, either with the translation from the Gaelic, or the researcher(s) of the programme.
No. U2’s second album, October, came out in 1981 and Sunday Bloody Sunday was on the War album, not on October. These things are so EASILY researched.
Honestly!
